Terms and Conditions of Hire.....
Deposit:
A deposit of £100.00 is required to secure your booking. Preferred method is by cheque, made payable to Inspirational Weddings. Inspirational Weddings cannot guarantee any item for Hire without a deposit. Once a deposit is received your booking will be considered confirmed.
The deposit is refunded after the event, on the return of the Hire item and packaging being in the same condition that it was hired. Upon delivery of the well, if there are any issues regarding the condition of the well they must be raised with Inspirational Weddings within 6 hours of delivery. The deposit will NOT be refunded for the following reasons: *
1) Non return of the Well. 2) Return of the Well in any way damaged or marked. 3) Non return of the Well Box & or Packaging, including the key.
The wedding wishing well is supplied with all the materials to repackage the well after the wedding. Repackaging must be dealt with in a satisfactory manner. The courier will not collect the well if this is deemed unsuitable for travel.
If the courier deems that the well is not suitable for return, the client is liable for all costs involved in returning the well personally by methods of a suitable carrier.
Additional charges will be made, over and above the deposit, if it is deemed that the well is returned in a state of non repair.
The hirer will be notified of loss or damage once the Well and packaging has been checked by Inspirational Weddings. Deposits will not be refunded until the item has been checked. £100.00 will be charged should the Well be lost or damaged beyond repair, similarly £9.99 per ribbon. Any such amounts will be deducted from the deposit. No substitute items will be accepted.
In any situation pertaining to breach of contract, the booking will be cancelled by Inspirational Weddings and the debt will be passed to an external agency, or legal action witll be taken to recover funds.
Amendments & Cancellations:
Please check your requirements as listed on your confirmation form and inform Inspirational Weddings of any alterations at your earliest convenience. We will endeavor to make any necessary changes within reasonable time limits.
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, notice in writing must be forwarded to our office and the following will apply:- If cancelled more than thirty (30) days prior to the Wedding, 100% of the deposit and any additional payments made, will be refunded.
In the event that cancellation is made less than one calender month prior to the event date, the hirers deposit will be forfeited. This is due to the fact that once we recieved your order; other orders may be turned away to honour our committment to you.
Damage to Hire Items:
Any damage sustained to any items hired from Inspirational Weddings, is the responsibility of the Hirer. The Hirer is liable for the replacement of items that may be damaged or go ‘missing’ from the venue. Costs involved are calculated on the replacement value. See also ‘Deposit’.
In the event that the charges incurred are greater than the security deposit value, an invoice will be issued.
*For the purpose of self decoration, we do recommend that you use white tac, string or ribbon to avoid marking the Well*
Hiring Charges
Charges quoted are based on a one day hire charge. Weekend hire rates are applied as a one day hire charge.
*Delivered Friday and returned Monday unless otherwise stated.* Weekly hire, i.e. 5 days, attracts a 2 day charge. Long term hire is available on application.
Hired goods remain the property of Inspirational Weddings at all times. The hirer is entirely responsible for loss or damage to the hired items from receipt of delivery to collection by Inspirational Weddings and courier. The ususal hire period is as above unless otherwise stated. If hired goods are not available for collection or delivery back to Inspirational Weddings premises at the agreed time and place, Inspirational Weddings retains the right to charge the hirer for loss of goods.
Payment
Inspirational Weddings accepts payment by cheque or major credit/debit card, via the paypal process for all items for Hire.
Transfer of monies direct to Inspirational Weddings bank account can be arranged with prior notice.
Please allow seven working days for any cheque to clear prior to your delivery being dispatched.
Please ensure your name, address and cheque card number are on the back.

The deposit is required upon acceptance of the terms of hire and confirmation of hire date.
Any outstanding monies, ie Hire charge and additional services are to be made at least 30 days prior to the hire date. Failure to make this payment on time may result in the cancellation of the booking and will result in the loss of the booking deposit.
Order confirmation
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation document will issued to confirm your details. Please check these details carefully to ensure that the details have been processed correctly. Once you are happy with the order details a reference number will be issued for your order/receipt. This will enable you to call and check the progress of your order.
Additional Charges
Cost of hire includes 50 cards with choice of poem and font type. No discount will be offered should you wish not to have the included cards.
Additional cards are available in:
Multiples of 10 - £4.50, Multiples of 50 - £21.00, Multiples of 100 - £39.00
Coordinating Rose Petals, per Box - £5.00
Delivery and Collection from reception venue:
Local: Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire — £20.00 (10.00 each way)
All other venues Nationwide—£45.00 (£22.50 each way)
Item Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colours, and prices are correct at the time of going to print. Prices include VAT where applicable. Inspirational Weddings reserves the right to changes prices without prior consent.
Delivery
Inspirational Weddings will make every effort to ensure that the hired item arrives at the Venue in good time, however we cannot be held responsible for courier error, vehicle breakdown, road traffic accidents, adverse weather conditions and actions taken by emergency services which may delay the arrival of hire item. Inspirational Weddings is not, under any circumstance, liable for any costs under these or any other circumstance.
Responsibility:
The wishing well and all of its componets will be the hirer’s responsibility for the entire hire period. This includes its contents. Inspirational Weddings will not be responsible for missing or lost cards/money whilst the well is not in our possession.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Payment of your deposit and/or signature on your return order confirmation is deemed as you having read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. Please do not hesitate to ask if you would like clarification on any of the above points.
**Please note:**
We do advise that consultation is made with your florist to decorate the well if you wish to match the wishing well to your wedding flowers.
Completion of the signed booking form, returned along with a deposit is seen as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
